About the role

• WebMax Solution is seeking a motivated and strategic Programme Development & Ecosystem Strategy Associate to support the development of scalable business programmes and identify opportunities for collaboration across industries.
• The successful candidate will contribute to programme design, market research, ecosystem mapping and partnership development. This role is suited to someone interested in business strategy, enterprise development, digital transformation and building partnerships that create measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Assist with reviewing contracts, agreements and policies.
• Help monitor compliance and governance requirements.
• Maintain legal records and documentation.
• Support legal risk assessments and research relevant legislation.

Who should apply

• Law students or recent law graduates interested in gaining practical legal experience.

• Cape Town-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an LLB degree.
